Restaurateurs Fadi Hakim and Arie Dimant (The Lakeview, Haifa Room, Jean Darlene), with partners Joseph Eastwood, Mark Kupfert, Mark Holmes, Ryan Kimel, and Josh Marlowe, rebuilt the room from scratch. Herringbone floors, marble, gold finishes, and two grand pianos set the stage.
