What to order From the official menu: table sets are Butcher's Set ($78/person) or Signature Set ($110/person, includes dry-aged ribeye), with full-table participation required. A la carte includes AAA ribeye and ribeye cap, boneless short rib, tenderloin, chuck, A9 Wagyu ribeye, dry-aged ribeye, and black pork tomahawk. Shareable jeon include beef, squid and scallion, kimchi, shrimp and chive, and truffle potato jeon. House salad and gujeolpan lead the starters. Accompaniments include hot stone bibimbap, kimchi fried rice, cold noodles, soft tofu stews, and kettle pot rice.
