Puuffy Bakery & Ice Cream

Puuffy makes a Spadina dessert stop feel like a small occasion. Can Montana's first shop pairs Turkish-inspired baking with ice cream made on site; order a pistachio affogato or tuck a scoop into a butter croissant, then settle into a pink banquette beneath the blossom decorations. What to order Start with the croissant ice cream sandwich, or try Turkish coffee ice cream. There are sixteen rotating ice cream flavours, plus pastries and coffee for a simpler stop.

Know before you go Puuffy soft-opened in August 2026; the exact first-service day is unconfirmed. Its October 24–25 grand-opening celebration comes later, with $3 pistachio affogatos and croissant ice cream sandwiches announced by the shop.
