Anchoring 360 Bay Street in the Financial District, Raani is an opulent two-level Indian dining room from restaurateur Ambica Jain, the visionary behind Yorkville’s Michelin-recognized Adrak. Set inside a former heritage bank, the 162-seat room counters downtown's corporate steel with soaring gilded arches, patterned carpets, plush maroon and olive velvet banquettes, a dedicated cocktail lounge, and private dining inside the original walk-in vault.

Raani Menu & What to Order The kitchen bypasses trendy fusion in favour of rigorously researched regional recipes drawn directly from 18th- and 19th-century Indian royal courts. Expect complex slow-simmered curries, charcoal-fired tandoori skewers, fragrant dum biryanis, and warm stuffed naans paired with botanical, spice-forward craft cocktails. An exclusive 10-seat chef’s table offers multi-course tasting formats alongside an extensive roster of vegetarian, vegan, and halal selections.

Know Before You Go Given the corporate lunch crowds and evening dining scene, reservations booked in advance online are strongly recommended over walk-in attempts. The venue is easily accessed via the PATH network or a quick stroll from both King and Queen subway stations, with paid underground parking garages situated along Bay and Richmond. Raani serves lunch and dinner from Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays.
