Toronto Western’s Emergency Department is in the Fell Pavilion, first floor, 399 Bathurst Street, with the published walk-in off Dundas Street West just east of Bathurst. Bathurst and Leonard doors lock overnight (8 p.m.–6 a.m.); after hours use the Dundas ED entrance. UHN describes TWH as home to the Krembil Brain Institute and a designated regional stroke centre, with a strong neurosurgery and musculoskeletal program. First-timers: children can be seen, but official 211 notes there are no pediatricians on staff — if a child needs admission or specialist pediatric care they are transferred. The new patient-and-surgical tower is under construction on the Bathurst/Nassau corner through 2028; expect a construction campus, not a quiet drop-off.
