Kick things off with the Petite Pearl or Mother of Pearl seafood tower—laden with fresh oysters, chilled lobster, snow crab legs, and hamachi crudo—or sample the delicate Dungeness crab with wasabi aioli. For entrees, the herb-crusted East Coast halibut and perfectly seared grilled branzino stand out, while the $49 two-course weekday business lunch offers swift, high-level daytime dining.
