Open Aera is the seasonal rooftop counterpart to Aera, reached through the restaurant on the 38th floor of The Well. The cream-and-teak terrace sits one level higher with huge city and lake views, a concise menu of sushi, snacks and cocktails, and a more relaxed feel around golden hour. Weekend brunch and late-night programming broaden the appeal, but weather matters: rooftop reservations do not include a guaranteed indoor rain plan. Some evening service is 19+.
