What is Postnup Pub? Taking over the former Duke of Kent space at 2315 Yonge Street, Postnup Pub is restaurateur Atef Girgis’s Midtown successor to the long-running downtown favourite Prenup Pub. Marked outside by a cheeky nod to Brussels' Manneken Pis statue, the interior pairs classic dark-wood pub styling and warm tavern lighting with deep booths, a long bar, and seasonal sidewalk patio seating. It establishes a dedicated European beer hall haven just steps north of Yonge and Eglinton.

Postnup Pub Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out generous plates of Belgian and German comfort fare designed to accompany a vast draught list. Start with Belgian frites drenched in Trappist Orval gravy and cheese curds before moving to the Jäger Peppercorn Pork Schnitzel topped with mushroom gravy and served alongside hearty stoemp. The standout entrée is the traditional Carbonnade Flamande, a tender beef stew slow-cooked in Leffe Brune Abbey ale, while plant-forward diners have solid choices in vegetarian pinsa flatbreads and rich bean-and-lentil stews.

Know Before You Go Seating is handled primarily on a first-come, first-served basis, with the room filling rapidly for after-work pints on Thursday and Friday nights. The pub is a five-minute walk north of Eglinton subway station, with paid street parking available along Roehampton Avenue. Doors are open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., with full kitchen service running until 1:00 a.m.
