Moko Sushi Menu & What to Order The kitchen dries and cures its fish in-house, pairing the concentrated umami cuts with warm, well-seasoned rice and proprietary house-brewed soy sauce. Order the [Chef's Selection] Premium N°10 or the MOKO Combo for a sharp look at their nigiri rotation alongside a classic spicy salmon roll. The Basic Chirashi Bowl delivers a generous spread of sashimi over seasoned rice, while torch-seared options like the Scallop on Fire and the crunchy Coconut Spicy Tuna provide playful texture.
