East Room (507 King East)

East Room’s 507 King Street East location pushes the brand east toward Corktown / Distillery-adjacent King, with parking, bike storage, green space, and a rooftop that differentiates it from the Claremont boutique and Carroll warehouse. Offices, lounges, boardrooms, and event-ready floors suit teams who want east-end character plus hospitality amenities. Like other East Room sites, the path in is a tour and membership conversation rather than a pure pay-at-the-door café model: mailbox and club memberships cover lighter users, while dedicated desks and suites lock in permanence. Rooftop and outdoor space make it a summer standout; indoors, expect the brand’s polished-creative hybrid noise profile. Useful if you live or client in the east end and do not want to cross downtown daily.
