DAHU’s first Canadian location tucked onto Baldwin Village is the neighbourhood counterweight to Spadina’s louder chains. Chongqing-style AYCE is the format, but the corn-and-pork-rib base is the sleeper order—lighter and sweeter beside a classic mala split. After-9 p.m. soup-base deals on quieter weeknights make it unusually friendly for a spontaneous Baldwin walk. The room is compact; book or go early if you are more than four.
