Avelo is the tasting-menu room that replaced Planta as Toronto's plant-based special-occasion default: a 22-seat heritage townhouse on St. Nicholas in Yorkville, fully vegan, with the menu changing daily around seasonal produce, house bread, vinegars, and vegan cheeses.
