*Falling Into Autumn* is Toronto's annual contact improvisation weekend — workshops with local and visiting teachers, guided and open jams, and a studio set up for people who want to dance *and* rest.
What makes it different
The organizers lean hard into access: cushions and mats stay in the room, there's CI elder story time, even an adult nap window. You don't need prior CI experience to try a workshop; you do need curiosity and basic body awareness. Passes start around $10 depending on the session.
