Contact Dance Film Fest Sunday Screening

The Contact Dance Film Fest hosts an in-person Sunday studio screening of short films celebrating contact improvisation at Betty Oliphant Theatre (404 Jarvis St) on October 11, 2026. The program spans international makers—athletic lifts, quiet partnering, and site-specific movement pieces that play differently on a big screen than on a phone.

Tickets are about $20 via the Eventive festival link. Jarvis & Carlton / National Ballet School campus is streetcar-accessible; combine with the Falling Into Autumn dance jam weekend nearby if you are deep in the contact community.

Expect a focused mid-length program rather than a full feature night—check Eventive for exact start time and any talkback.
