The shores of Lake Ontario come alive this September as Marilyn Bell Park hosts the 31st Annual Tim Hortons GWN Dragon Boat Challenge. This massive, family-friendly weekend brings together teams of paddlers from across the city to combine athleticism, rhythm, and teamwork in traditional Chinese dragon boats.
Beyond the fast-paced racing action along the water, the festival grounds feature a buzzing atmosphere for spectators and participants alike. Families can check out the interactive Family Fun Zone with inflatable obstacles, explore the Health & Wellness Zone, and browse unique items in the Artisan Village and Vendor Marketplace. Crucially, the Left Field Brewery Beer Garden sits right by the finish line, anchored by live bands playing afternoon sets.
