What is Vit Beo? Vit Beo is a modern Vietnamese snack bar and noodle shop on Bloor Street West in Bloorcourt. Founded by David Huynh, the intimate counter-service eatery interprets traditional Vietnamese comfort foods through a contemporary Toronto lens with bold house-made sauces.
