Vers Cafe is a queer-built and operated cafe and community hub situated in the west end's Junction Triangle, developed by industry veteran Ella Webber. Taking cues from European cafe culture, the space shifts from a specialty coffee and house-made beverage spot in the morning to an inclusive intergenerational gathering place throughout the day. Housed within a multi-level industrial building that shares an address with local artists, makers, and creative studios, the interior features terrazzo flooring and exposed brick walls paired with communal tables and banquette seating.
Visitors can expect morning espresso, specialty teas, house-made lemonades, and midday snacks, with plans for expanded menus featuring house-made pastas and chef-led pop-ups. The venue opens later on Saturdays to host community programming, live jazz, and literary readings, anchored by a large on-site patio space. Located at 15 Adrian Avenue, Unit 152, the cafe serves as an accessible spot for locals looking for a welcoming neighborhood venue.
