Valerie occupies the top three floors of Hotel X, with the outdoor rooftop terrace on the 29th floor and sweeping sightlines across Lake Ontario, the Exhibition grounds and downtown. The Japanese-inspired menu runs from sushi to larger plates, while cocktails, live music and weekend programming make evenings feel more like a destination than a hotel bar. It is particularly useful before a concert or match at the waterfront venues. Hotel X validates up to three hours of underground self-parking, subject to availability.
