The space swaps cold industrial tropes for vintage cottage warmth, outfitting the room with communal wooden harvest tables, custom Kate Golding wallpaper, brass fixtures, and direct window views into the active cellar tanks, alongside a sidewalk patio.

True History Brewing Menu & What to Order Everything on tap is dedicated to traditional, low-ABV European brewing poured through authentic Czech Lukr side-pull taps, where the crisp 'Just a Pils' and dense, creamy Mlíko foam pours reign supreme. The kitchen rounds out the hall experience with hearty Austrian comfort food, led by crispy, golden pork schnitzel paired with tart potato salad, rich kaiserspätzle, and warm Bavarian pretzels served with pungent house mustard.

Know Before You Go Seating is strictly walk-in across the shared tables and bar counter, with the room hitting peak capacity on Friday and Saturday nights.
