Created by hospitality veterans Jenny Warne, Mike Couvillon, and Craig Spence—whose collective backgrounds include spots like Bernhardt's and Dreyfus—the space reflects a unique aesthetic described by the team as an after-hours club in a lighthouse. The interior combines warm wood elements, church pews, vintage lighting, and eclectic trinkets. Head chef Ken Envidia leads the kitchen, translating New York and Brooklyn-inspired concepts into a rotating, fish-forward menu that incorporates subtle global influences. The beverage program places significant emphasis on wine, supported by Warne and Spence's low-intervention import agency, alongside a martini and sherry selection designed to complement the delicate plates.
