The space is stripped back and quiet, anchored by a 200-year-old hinoki wood counter imported from Nara. It is a serious, minimalist environment where the focus stays entirely on the fish, most of which arrives daily from Japan, and the specific, deliberate pacing of the meal.

Securing a seat requires booking well ahead on Tock, as there are no walk-ins or phone reservations to be had. The experience is strictly omakase, emphasizing traditional aging and curing techniques to pull flavour from the seafood. You are expected to show up on time and leave the perfume or cologne at home, as the room is designed to be scent-neutral.
