Anchoring a storied strip of South Parkdale at 1485 Queen Street West, Sun Fa Restaurant is a quintessential, no-nonsense neighbourhood watering hole and community fixture steered by longtime owner Sandy for decades. The dimly lit interior is wonderfully unpretentious and preserved in time, outfitted with a classic laminate bar counter, casual perimeter tables, flat screens for the game, and a beloved centrepiece pool table. It is one of Parkdale's truest low-key dives, offering an enduring refuge for regulars looking for cold drinks and zero pretension.
