Sugar Beach is the free pink-umbrella sand park at 334 Queens Quay East beside the Redpath lands: Muskoka chairs, a small sand strand, and a view of the channel. Waterfront Toronto built it as public space — no admission. First-timers: it is a sit-and-linger beach park, not a swimming beach; bring sunscreen. Pair with the nearby waterfront promenade.
