Pho Con Bo

What is Pho Con Bo? Set on Beverly Hills Drive in Oakdale-Beverley Heights, Pho Con Bo is a dependable, family-friendly Vietnamese fixture that prioritizes deep, marrow-rich broths over fleeting trends. The dining space is casual, unfussy, and bright, anchored by sturdy table seating, high chairs for families, and a handful of outdoor patio seats during the warmer months. It operates with a neighbourly hum, drawing everyone from local tradespeople on quick lunches to students lingering over late-night noodle bowls.

Pho Con Bo Menu & What to Order The house-special Pho Dac Biet and namesake Pho Con Bo are essential orders, both anchored by a clear, aromatic beef broth simmered to aromatic perfection and layered with tender cuts, tendon, and slippery rice noodles. Dig deeper into the menu for the sizzling Pan Banh Mi (bò né) loaded with rich pâté and eggs, crisp golden Bánh Xèo crepes, and charred, smoky grilled pork chop broken rice. Cool off the heat with a fresh fruit smoothie or an ice-cold Heineken, and never skip an opening plate of house-made Bánh Cuốn steamed rice rolls.

Know Before You Go The restaurant operates on a walk-in-only model, and while peak weekend dinner hours can see a short lineup, tables turn over briskly. Plentiful free parking in the on-site lot and nearby street spaces makes this an effortless detour off Highway 400. Service runs reliably seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. straight through to 11:00 p.m., making it a true neighbourhood lifeline from breakfast pho to late-night comfort cravings.
