What is St Pio Bakery? St Pio Bakery is an Italian bakery on Jane Street in the Oakdale-Beverley Heights neighbourhood. It's a bread-first operation—Italian calabrese and Vienna loaves come out of the ovens daily—but the pastry case and custom cake business are equally strong. The bakery has built a following in the surrounding Italian-Canadian community for occasion cakes (birthdays, baptisms, weddings) alongside everyday bread and pastry runs.

St Pio Bakery Menu & What to Order The Italian calabrese bread is the daily driver—crusty on the outside, soft and airy inside. Vienna bread and whole wheat rounds cover the basics. The Sicilian cannoli, filled to order in multiple varieties, are the pastry highlight. Custom sponge cakes come in Italian Rum, Tiramisu, and Lemon flavours, while sfoglia cakes and ice cream cakes are available for special orders. For a quick bite, the croissants, apple turnovers, and almond cookies are all made in-house.
