Nunu Ethiopian Fusion Menu & What to Order The kitchen's calling card is the Misto Vegetarian tasting platter, a vibrant spread of stewed lentils (misir), simmered yellow split peas (yekik wat), spiced collard greens (gomen), and beets ladled over spongy injera prepared using vegetable-based ghee.
