In place of standard takeout fare, the space is soaked in moody pink neon glow and vintage signage, setting the stage for an unapologetic, late-night Indian snack bar. The room centers around intimate dining tables and high-energy bar counters that buzz with hip-hop and upbeat energy well into the night.

Neon Tiger Menu & What to Order Executive Chef Akshat Chawla crafts a spice-forward menu that deliberately sidelines predictable crowd-pleasers like butter chicken in favor of real regional depth and modern crunch. Start with the T.F.C. (crispy tandoori fried chicken drizzled with sweet mango gastrique) and the melt-in-your-mouth Velvet Avocado Kebab, followed by the inventive Corn Cheese-O-Yaki fritters. For mains, the Aleppo-pepper and coconut-laced lobster curry, tender Short Rib Biryani, and charred Midnight Charcoal Chicken deliver remarkable heat and flavour balance alongside creative craft cocktails.
