Operating primarily as an express walk-up bar for on-the-go professionals, the setup relies on communal mall concourse seating nearby rather than a dedicated dining room.

Matcha Haus Menu & What to Order Every beverage begins with first-harvest ceremonial matcha sourced directly from generational farms in Nagasaki, Japan. Purists can order traditionally whisked usucha or concentrated koicha, while flavour chasers line up for drinks capped with scratch-made vegan cold foams and house syrups. The Pandan Coconut Cloud Matcha delivers fragrant, velvety richness, while seasonal favourites like the spiced Carrot Cake Matcha and refreshing Yuzu Strawberry Matcha balance umami with bright notes. Plant-based oat milk and dairy-free foams are standard, making the entire drink lineup completely vegan-friendly.
