Masala Story Menu & What to Order Unlike many downtown spots that load their curries with heavy cream and sugar, this kitchen zeroes in on rustic, homestyle depth and authentic heat. The Delhi-style butter chicken hits with a rich, tangy tomato-fenugreek gravy, while the Delhi Nalli Nihari features braised lamb shanks seasoned with fresh ginger and coriander. Vegetarians are exceptionally well looked after with smoky Amritsari baingan bharta made from fire-roasted eggplant, wok-tossed kadai paneer, and charred malai broccoli.
