Forty-four floors above the Entertainment District, KŌST remains Toronto’s defining high-rise rooftop restaurant. The Bisha Hotel space pairs an open-air terrace and infinity-pool backdrop with broad city and lake views, including a close look at the CN Tower. The menu leans bright and coastal, drawing on Baja and California flavours from breakfast through dinner. Reserve ahead for the terrace and treat the pool as scenery: swimming access is reserved for hotel guests.
