iQ Offices (140 Yonge)

iQ Offices at 140 Yonge Street is a Canadian-owned premium coworking and private-office floor on a landmark downtown address, with exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, lounges, phone booths, and a hospitality-led community team. The product mix leans private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, virtual office, and short-term sprint spaces rather than a pure walk-up cafe desk. It suits professional services and scale-up teams who want privacy and design in the PATH/Queen subway catchment, and who prefer a Canadian operator alongside Industrious and Workhaus on this list. Expect a calmer, more private-office-forward noise profile than WeWork commons. PATH adjacency and Queen Station access make client days practical. Book a tour and confirm current desk or office availability on iqoffices.com before commuting downtown for a one-off day.
