Haymishe Bakery

What is Haymishe Bakery? Perched on Bathurst Street in Midtown, Haymishe Bakery is a casual, no-fuss spot that's been a long-standing fixture for baked goods, pizza, and Mediterranean-Kosher staples. It's a welcoming space, primarily focused on quick takeaway and delivery, though a few tables might invite a brief pause.

Haymishe Bakery Menu & What to Order On the menu, the 'Large Pizza' and 'Extra Large Pizza' are mainstays, perfect for feeding a crowd, while individual 'Plain Cheese Slice Pizza' hits the spot for a quick bite. Don't skip the fresh-baked 'Square Challah' or the comforting 'Potato Kugel'. For something sweet, their 'Custard Donut/Sufganiyah' or 'Jelly Donut Sufganiyah' are a must-try, especially during holiday seasons. An 'Everything bagel, double-toasted, with spicy cream cheese, cucumber, and black pepper' is a proper breakfast or lunch. Their 'Rye Bread' and 'Rye rolls with caraway seeds' are also excellent.
