Harriet’s Rooftop Menu & What to Order The kitchen leans into elevated Japanese drinking fare and shareable plates built for grazing. Lead with the signature H-Roll—stacked with spicy tuna, avocado, torched salmon, crispy shallots, and ginger aioli—or the Wagyu Roll topped with sansho pepper and miso cream.
