Hank's Chill Slushy Bar

Hank's Chill is a seasonal slushy concept operating out of the back of Armed, a local jewellery store. Founded by Armed owner Desiree Girlato, the project was born from a desire to recreate the nostalgic, laid-back energy of a west coast surfer vibe within the city. The shop focuses on small-batch, premium frozen drinks made with high-quality ingredients, including organic milk and 100 per cent fresh fruit juices, moving away from traditional artificial mixes.

Visitors can expect a rotating menu of handcrafted slushies, with staples often including a signature Diet Coke version served in its own can, a matcha slushy that can be customized with strawberry purée, and a tropical piña colada. As a seasonal, small-scale operation, the menu is kept tight and focused.
