It’s the kind of place that feels intentional, anchored by a glass-enclosed pantry that puts the ingredients front and centre, signalling that the kitchen isn't trying to hide behind complex techniques.

You’ll want to book a table well in advance, as the dining room stays packed regardless of the season. Start with the La Giulietta pizza, which leans into the richness of lardo di Modena and pistachios, or go for the pappardelle with oxtail ragu if you’re after something heavier. If you’re flying solo or just want to watch the kitchen staff work, the chef’s bar is the best seat in the house.
