Designed by Guido Costantino, the space strips away traditional trattoria kitsch in favour of sculpted concrete, dark woods, low-slung ambient lighting, and an expansive chef's counter overlooking the open kitchen and wood-burning grill.

Giulietta Menu & What to Order The kitchen delivers disciplined, regional Italian cooking designed for family-style sharing. Start with the fried, sausage-stuffed olive all'ascolana alongside the signature Gioella burrata paired with blistered grapes and grilled sourdough. For pasta, the lumache cacio e pepe with kampot black pepper and the slow-braised torchetti ragù consistently outshine the competition, while the Ibérico pork chop (braciola di maiale) remains one of the city's finest wood-grilled secondi.
