Conceived by Turner Hospitality Group with a kitchen led by Francis Bermejo (ex-Bar Buca) and Brian Kang (ex-Don Alfonso), the room blends old-world Tuscan charm with amber orb lighting, emerald velvet banquettes, and checkered terrazzo flooring. Seating spans a 96-seat dining room, a seven-seat marble cocktail bar, and an intimate 46-seat alley patio.

Florin Trattoria Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in Tuscan staples executed with precision, starting with airy spinach gnudi in delicate brodo and a thinly sliced Wagyu carpaccio topped with capers, hazelnuts, and pickled pearl onions. For mains, order the smoky maccheroni al fumo with guanciale or split the centerpiece Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a Canadian prime porterhouse cut thick and grilled over high heat.
