Element Outdoor Sauna

Element is Toronto’s private rooftop contrast clinic in the Danforth / Greek Town east end: Finnish barrel sauna around 100°C, Morozko Forge ice bath with Epsom salts near 0°C, and sessions guided by a Certified Thermalist. Official elementoutdoorsauna.com — open year-round, weather included, swimsuit optional on the private roof. Book partial or fully guided sessions online; this is appointment-only, not a walk-in circuit. First-timers: take a guided protocol so you do not overdo cold. Quiet and private on purpose — the opposite of Othership’s social floor.
