Set on a leafy 4.25-acre estate at 125 Moatfield Drive near Don Mills and York Mills, David Duncan House is an upscale steak and seafood landmark operating out of an 1865 Gothic Victorian heritage mansion. Managed by the ByPeterandPauls hospitality group, the interior balances dark wood finishes, intricate gingerbread architectural details, chandeliers, and plush dining rooms alongside five private event spaces and a custom oyster bar. In warmer months, an expansive 120-seat outdoor patio and bar area offers open-air dining overlooking the landscaped grounds.

David Duncan House Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in old-school steakhouse showmanship, beginning with a tableside Caesar salad emulsified from scratch by your server with raw egg yolk, anchovy, and pungent garlic. Carnivores should aim for the 24-ounce Chateaubriand Bouquetiere served with woodland mushrooms and béarnaise, or the classic slow-roasted prime rib paired with Yorkshire pudding and rich jus. Seafood seekers shouldn't overlook the Astakomakaronada (fresh Atlantic lobster pasta in a tomato-chili sugo) or the chilled tiered seafood tower, paired with selections from the temperature-controlled wine cellar.
