Conceived by co-owner Alex Scotto as a subtle tribute to legendary Italian cyclist Fausto Coppi, the dining room pairs sleek white glass tables with cycling accents, including bespoke bicycle-chain fixtures and European trail photography. The layout emphasizes generous table spacing and soft ambient lighting, creating an unhurried, comfortable atmosphere suited for business dinners and neighbourhood milestones.

Coppi Ristorante Menu & What to Order Seafood and tableside craft lead the kitchen's Northern and Central Italian repertoire, headlined by the signature Pesce al Sale—a whole sea bass baked in a crust of sea salt and skillfully filleted tableside with lemon and olive oil. Another dining room staple is the porcini mushroom risotto swirled inside a giant wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano, followed closely by the briny linguine tossed with cured bottarga.
