Brewing Brokers

What is Brewing Brokers? Positioned on Yonge Street just north of Lawrence Avenue in Lawrence Park North, Brewing Brokers pairs a full-service real estate brokerage with a sleek third-wave coffee bar. Founded by veteran broker Rudy Reznik, the bright room mixes neutral greys, marble tables, copper pendant lighting, and warm wood accents with a glass-enclosed meeting room in the back. Seating includes cozy banquettes, low tables, and bar counters that cater to laptop workers, neighbourhood regulars, and property clients alike.

Brewing Brokers Menu & What to Order The drinks program centres on beans from Toronto's Ethica Coffee Roasters, pulling single-origin espressos from Ethiopia and Brazil alongside Colombian decaf. For something distinct, order The Bumble—a citrusy, layered drink combining fresh orange juice, raspberry syrup, and espresso—or the crisp Espresso Tonic mixed with Fever-Tree. The food display covers savoury morning staples like asparagus and goat cheese quiche, a hearty bacon and egg sandwich layered with chive cream cheese and wilted kale, and baked goods sourced from local favourites like Courage Cookies.

Know Before You Go Service is entirely walk-in with fast counter ordering, though laptop seats can fill up by mid-morning. The shop is fully accessible with a gentle entry ramp and sits just steps from the north exit of Lawrence subway station on Line 1, with metered street parking along Yonge. Operating hours are strictly daytime, wrapping up in the late afternoon every day.
