Cherry Beach (Clarke Beach Park) is the Port Lands sand at 1 Cherry Street: a supervised City beach, shade, and the trail network that connects toward the Spit. Lifeguard supervision and beach maintenance run 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily in season (toronto.ca beaches). City park hours 5:30 a.m. to midnight. Parking is available and fills on hot Saturdays. This listing is the beach and park, not the signed off-leash area on the west side — dogs stay out of the swimming beach from 1 April to 31 October (service animals excepted).
