Chagall Menu & What to Order The COR-certified, dairy-free kitchen draws cross-cultural inspiration from Korea, Thailand, and Mexico while maintaining a serious steakhouse backbone. Standout starters include braised short rib mini tacos, Korean meatballs glazed in soy-chili, and Thai-spiced chicken lollipops. For the main course, the classic Beef Wellington finished with mushroom duxelle and faux foie gras is a crowd favorite, alongside prime steaks and a plant-based vegan Wellington paired with tomato-pepper coulis.

Know Before You Go Chagall operates for dinner service Sunday through Thursday, remaining closed on Friday and Saturday for Shabbat. Because the room tops out at just 32 seats, reservations booked in advance are strongly advised over walk-ins.
