Operating out of the Pasta Forever takeout shop on Dundas West, the venture focuses exclusively on supplì—the Roman cousin to arancini. These crispy, oval-shaped fried rice snacks are crafted with a deep reverence for Italian culinary traditions, blending classic techniques with a rotating selection of seasonal Ontario produce. The project is a family-driven effort, with Lasagna’s sister and mother contributing to the operations, creating a nostalgic atmosphere that reflects the chef's own Italian heritage.
