The dramatic room features a glowing Himalayan salt-brick wall for dry-aging beef, a soaring bull art piece assembled from steak knives, and sultry leather booths. Guests dine across the high-ceilinged main floor, the mezzanine, or a 2,000-square-foot enclosed, heated garden patio.

Black+Blue Menu & What to Order The kitchen centers its program on certified Japanese Kobe beef, A5 Wagyu, and 28- to 45-day Himalayan salt dry-aged prime cuts, offset by a full raw and sushi bar. Start with the warm, gruyère-crusted B+B House Brioche and a theatrical Tableside Caesar Salad, then split a dry-aged bone-in cut with the decadent B+B Millionaire Potato scented with taleggio and shaved black truffle.
