Bar Eugenie is a cozy, intimate restaurant located in the historic Harbord Room space in Harbord Village. Founded by Alo alumni Rebekah Bruce, Ronnie Fishman, and Lee Bonds, the restaurant emphasizes a casual approach to fine dining, focusing on ingredient-driven plates that reflect the team's shared culinary history and personal backgrounds. The interior features a warm, contemporary refresh of the original space, characterized by white-washed walls, leather banquettes, and an oak bar that anchors the room, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both neighbourhood regulars and visitors.

The menu is concise and changes regularly, highlighting seasonal Ontario produce with subtle global influences, including Filipino flavours. Guests can expect a variety of small plates—such as crudo, wood-fired vegetables, and house-made pasta—alongside heartier options like steak and halibut. The bar program is equally thoughtful, offering craft cocktails that prioritize product knowledge and a no-waste mandate, alongside an eclectic selection of wines and ciders.
