The compact 36-seat dining room blends historical wood-panelled walls with an oak-anchored stone bar, warm banquettes, and a secluded backyard patio. Named in homage to pioneering French chef Eugénie Brazier, the space marries polished fine-dining technique with the relaxed ease of an approachable neighbourhood haunt.

Bar Eugenie Menu & What to Order Chef Bruce’s date-stamped, rotating menu is centered around an inherited wood-burning oven and weaves her Filipino heritage into seasonal Canadian cooking. Non-negotiable starters include the fresh wood-fired bread and the vibrant scallop kinilaw infused with coconut and chili, alongside a savory shrimp, corn, and zucchini pancake. Main plates feature pristine hearth-roasted fish and wood-fired vegetables, followed cleanly by pastry chef Lana Spieler’s seasonal soft serve.
