Nguyen, whose family operated pizzerias across the city for decades, teamed with Ly to create an airy, digestible dough program centered on a 72-hour cold ferment. The compact storefront features an efficient ordering lane, minimalist design, and limited counter stools designed for quick drop-ins and easy neighborhood pickups.

Acute Pizzeria Menu & What to Order The crust blends the charred, puffy lip of a Neapolitan pie with the sturdy, foldable structure of classic New York style. The crowd-favourite Jala Pep delivers big contrast with double pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, pecorino, and spicy hot honey, while purists should grab the classic Pepperoni or Margherita slice. Plant-based and vegetarian diners have plenty of options with the creamy Funghi, Snow on Marinara, and Vegan Bianca, best paired with an order of crispy chicken wings and house garlic dip.
