Abogida Lounge Menu & What to Order The kitchen focuses on hearty Ethiopian and Eritrean home-style cooking served atop freshly griddled, fermented injera flatbreads. The Vegetarian Platter remains the perennial favourite, heaping vibrant mounds of slow-cooked red lentil misir wot, split pea kik alicha, seasoned gomen greens, and rich chickpea shiro across the platter.
