Perched high above the Entertainment District atop the Bisha Hotel, KŌST’s rooftop patio is receiving the full French Riviera treatment this September courtesy of the Veuve Clicquot Sun Club. Cloaked in the champagne house’s signature solaire yellow, the elevated terrace offers sweeping 360-degree views of the Toronto skyline alongside a dedicated seasonal champagne and dining menu.

Bubbles in the Sky

The pop-up concept is built around sunshine and leisurely outdoor dining. Guests can order Veuve Clicquot pours by the glass or the bottle, featuring Yellow Label, Rosé, and Veuve Clicquot RICH—a cuvée specifically crafted to be served over ice or extra chilled with fresh fruit garnishes. To complement the bubbles, the culinary team at KŌST has assembled an array of light, coastal-inspired sharing plates and fresh seafood designed to highlight the acidity and crispness of the Champagne.

Atmosphere and Views

Sitting 44 floors in the air, KŌST remains one of the city's most dramatic vantage points, looking out over Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. The Sun Club setup adds breezy cabana-style furnishings, striped umbrellas, and chic lounge seating, creating an upscale backdrop for an afternoon aperitif, sunset drinks, or a celebratory end-of-summer date night.

Planning Your Visit

KŌST is located at 80 Blue Jays Way in downtown Toronto. While walk-ins are accommodated when capacity permits, table reservations are strongly recommended—especially around sunset hours and weekend afternoons. The venue is just a short stroll from St. Andrew subway station or accessible via the 504 King streetcar.
