A beloved west-end tradition since 2011, the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show (TOPS) continues its summer-long 'Going Places' programming with one of the most iconic cinematic blockbusters of all time: James Cameron's *Titanic*.
The Experience
Grab your blankets and stake out a spot early on the famous Christie Pits park bowl—the hill fills up fast! Starting at 6:00 PM, you can purchase movie snacks and refreshments right at the TOPS tent. The evening kicks off with a short film companion, *Mobilize*, before the main feature lights up the screen at sundown (~8:30 PM).
Practical Info
TOPS screenings are free or pay-what-you-wish (donations are heavily encouraged to keep community cinema thriving). All screenings feature open captioning. Hop off the subway at Christie Station, grab some local takeout along Bloor West, and settle in for a quintessential Toronto summer night.
