“The Ember Knight Show” Screening and Q&A with Creators

Kensington Market's indie culture hub Video Store.Age plays host to a special live touring stop for the cult Adult Swim hit *The Ember Knight Show*.

Created by Ember Knight and directed by Bobby McCoy, the series began as an independently produced, ultra-low-budget underground sensation before being picked up by Adult Swim. Disguised initially as a deadpan instructional etiquette program, the show quickly spirals into a surreal, stream-of-consciousness deep dive into modern anxiety, ego, and awkward human behavior.

### What to Expect This rare touring stop features a complete screening of the show's first season, followed by an in-person audience Q&A with co-creators and siblings Ember Knight and Eamon Shea. The evening is moderated by TIFF Midnight Madness programmer Peter Kuplowsky.
